We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original components, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To help us process your request faster, we kindly ask you to include clear digital photos or videos showing the condition of the product when submitting your return request.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and wellness products that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
